Whether you're seeking high-energy adventures on the close and easily accessible ORV and snowmobile trails or a peaceful lakeside retreat, this family-friendly lake house is the ideal destination. With plenty of parking for trailers and toys, experience the outdoor tranquility of 2+ acres and when the day is through come relax in this newly remodeled home. Perfect for every age and every stage!
The space-
After pulling down the driveway enjoy 2 modes of entrance, the front door or the spacious garage entrance that can hold 2 oversized vehicles(large pickup trucks and SUVs). Upon entering the home there are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths located on the first floor. The master bedroom has an en suite and large TV with a Roku so you can stream your favorite TV shows and relax. Let your kids or young adults stay in the 2nd bedroom that has a bunk bed with 2 fulls and a twin pull-out. Went adventuring?Enjoy the laundry room that has a utility sink, HE washer and dryer. For your convenience we provide 3 washing machine pods and dryer sheets to get you started.
Head down the hall to the fully-furnished kitchen where everything you could possibly need is at your finger tips. When meal time is over don’t waste your time washing dishes, throw them into the dishwasher(3 dishwashing pods provided) and open the sliding glass door to the Michigan room. With walls of windows to enjoy the sunrise over the lake in the morning or have dinner and drinks in the evening, you couldn’t ask for a more peaceful place to hang-out. A newly constructed deck, off of the Michigan room, with stairs has been added to allow easier access to the lake from the upper level. Grill master? No problem, a propane powered grill is on the deck for when you want to cook and enjoy the lake. If you desire more dining space, head into the living room where there is a large gathering table that seats 8 or relax on the couches with your favorite movie(Roku provided) and popcorn.
Downstairs, 2 more bedrooms and 1 full bath await. Enjoy the basement walkout and deck that extends to the lake. The basement is equipped with couches for entertainment, a TV with a Roku, a dry-bar and mini-fridge to keep your snacks and drinks cold while enjoying the property!
If you want to spend most of your time outdoors soaking in the beautiful weather and lake views, we have you covered. There are 4 lounge chairs down by the lake to watch the, beloved, Loons or a momma duck and her ducklings swim by. When you’re ready to end the night you can turn on the pathway lights and enjoy the Firepit.
This house is located in the best fishing spot on the lake. Whether your a sport fisherman or just enjoy fishing with your kids you will certainly find pleasure here. This is a stocked lake with bass, sunfish and catfish. If you need to pickup a fishing license head over to Parkview Acres. Less than 2 miles away and across from Rifle River state park, they have any last minute essentials you may need.
If your passion is trail riding this house and location has you covered. A second driveway allows your to bring and park 1-2 trailers so everyone in the family can enjoy the fun! With thousands of miles of trails accessible from the many, closely located trailheads just hop on and get lost in the woods for a while! Be sure to stop by Parkview Acres and get your ORV Trail and Road license so you can drive directly to the trails, no need to trailer your machines. They also have maps in case your not familiar with the area.
With all this talk about the outdoors, great care has also been taken with the indoors of this house just in case the weather is bad or you need a day to work. High speed Wifi with boosters are provided which will allow you to stream and work simultaneously as well as provide you with a long range of signal.
