Tam and large light filled living, dining and family rooms in an open floor plan. There are fine furnishings, linens and art, an entertainment room, and three gas fireplaces. Outside there is a a large protected courtyard with tables for dining and a gas BBQ. There is also a large beach side deck with a hot tub and lounging including Adirondack chairs atop the dunes. The main house has three spacious bedrooms, each with their own full bath. The master bedroom features ocean views and a fireplace. The fourth bedroom is detached cottage with a queen bed, a single bed, a TV and a full bath. Bed Configuration: 4 Queens, 1 Twin, 1 Ottoman that converts to a Twin Note: This property currently has story poles in place for a construction project that is planned for the Summer. All online Bookings are subject to owner approval. 7 day minimum during the Summer. 2 night minimum for the rest of the year, excluding holidays. First two nights are always at weekend rate.
