Positive: Lovely layout of rooms, and all good sizes. Great location for us as we had mother’s funeral in Blakeney church and refreshments at harbour rooms. Both walking distance.

Negative: Parking, or even pulling up to drop off stuff not really possible. But worse thing by far was state of front and back gardens. They had been totally neglected and just a couple of hours work could have had them tidied up! We found the place quite well kitted out, except couldn’t find an iron. Also mattresses on bunk beds very uncomfortable.

Summary: Lovel cottage, shame about the gardens!
