This private dog friendly accommodation is set overlooking a lake and surrounded by cottage gardens and trees.
This peaceful duplex/apartment style cottage (shares a dividing wall with Little Plum Cottage next door) is designed for 1 couple seeking a country escape where the only sounds to be heard are the songs of birds and wind in the trees.

* Balcony with Weber Baby Q and Furniture that overlooks the lake
* All linen (including fitted sheets) and towels supplied
* 40" Smart TV (own Netflix, Stan etc login needed) and Soundbar with bluetooth connectivity
* Well behaved dogs are very welcome however please note this property overlooks a lake. There is a gate to make balcony secure.
Mobile Coverage:
Due to being nestled in the beautiful Barham River Vallery mobile connectivity/calls are only available via connection to the free Starlink Wifi Internet Service in the cottage. Normal Telstra mobile coverage is accessible only 5-10 mins down the road.
Please Note: this is a duplex/apartment style cottage.
There is another cottage next door sharing a dividing wall.
There are no shared facilities between guests you have your own cottage, balcony (separated by screening) and entrance.
Guests have PlumTree Cottage to themselves however there is another cottage adjoining this cottage.

The Barham River Valley is a deep, forested valley 10 mins behind Apollo Bay.
Arrival is from 3pm. Departure is by 10am unless arranged prior with management.
Early arrival and late departure incur a fee of $50 per hour.
The property is strictly non-smoking. A $750 fine will apply for smoking inside.
All guests are to be booked and paid for.
Children are not permitted at this property.
There is a strict no-party and schoolies policy.
Please consider your neighbours, keep noise down after 10pm and be mindful that the property is located in a residential area.
All dogs are to be house trained and well behaved.
Dogs are not permitted to be left alone at any time and are not to be barkers as there are other guests on the property.
Dog poo is to be picked up and disposed in outside rubbish bins.
Please leave property in neat and tidy condition. Dishes are to washed, dried and packed away OR dishwasher set to washing on departure. Lights, Electric Blankets and Heating turned off. Doors locked. Additional fees may apply if not.
