The house has 3 generous size bedrooms, open plan kitchen/dining/lounge and a new outside entertainment area. The sleepout has 2 bedrooms, with plenty of room to stretch out. Both the house and sleepout have been beautifully finished with all new furniture, beds and linen (NB. the sleepout does not have a separate bathroom).

House: 1st bedroom - 1 x queen
House: 2nd bedroom - 1 x queen
House: 3rd bedroom - 1 x king single

Bed configuration in the sleepout (only accessible for 6+ guests)
Sleepout: 1st bedroom - 1 x queen
Sleepout: 2nd bedroom - 1 x queen & 1 x king single

Enjoy the sea breezes with your own covered outdoor deck that flows out from the lounge. Plenty of off-street parking and a fully fenced section.

Guest access
**NB: The sleepout will automatically be accessible for 6+ guests ONLY.
If there are 5 guests or less, the booking will only give you access to the house.

If you are booking for less than 6 people, but would like access to the sleep-out, you will need to select 6 guests.

Petone is a popular destination, with an amazing array of entertainment, shopping and dining options. In a prime location just off the beachfront, you have access to great walking and cycling tracks and the much-loved Petone Esplanade. And for the little ones, the Petone Foreshore playground is less than a 5 minute walk away.
