Originally used as the dairy, Pentney Barn has real character with an open plan layout, exposed beams and stunning gallery landing offering breathtaking views across the North Norfolk countryside. As with all the Barns, Pentney was named after one of the farm workers employed on the farm. Mr Pentney worked at Manor Farm for over 40 years.

Pentney Barn sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms; 2 x king size bedrooms with ensuite bath and shower rooms and 1 twin bedroom with ensuite wetroom. All bedrooms are fully furnished with all necessary bedding and towels provided*. Each of the 2 upstairs bedrooms has a 32″ flat screen TV and hairdryer.

2 of the bedrooms are on the first floor and enjoy views of the courtyard whilst the twin room is on the ground floor. The wet room can be locked from the twin bedroom to be configured as a family wet room or locked from the living area to be a private ensuite wet room. A shower seat is available on request. Whilst the wet room is suitable for wheel chair access, the front garden does have a step to the upper level with the courtyard patio all on one level.

For larger groups, Pentney Barn has a sound-proofed adjoining door through to Sparks Barn allowing up to 16 guests to stay together. The garden and patio areas of Pentney and Sparks Barns may also be linked together.

Pentney Barn has a stunning kitchen with granite work surfaces and a butler sink. The kitchen is superbly equipped to make catering for your group whilst on holiday easy and stress free including an oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer with chilled water dispenser, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. A Bluetooth DAB FM radio with CD player and iPod dock is also provided in the kitchen area. Pentney Barn has full laundry facilities with a washer dryer, ironing board and iron.

The spacious living area provides a comfortable communal space for relaxing and unwinding after a busy day exploring North Norfolk. 2 plush sofas and a snuggler await with a 50″ flat screen TV with a Blu-Ray DVD player and surround sound.

Pentney Barn features underfloor heating throughout the downstairs with radiators in every room upstairs ensuring a comfortable temperature in the cooler months whilst a woodburning stove provides warmth and ambiance on the coldest of evenings.

A free wireless broadband connection is available to all our guests.
