The local pub is a short ½ mile stroll and is something of a hidden gem. It has recently undergone a refurbishment, but has maintained its Welsh village pub feel, stocking a good range of ales, both local and from further afield; highly recommend your visit during your stay. The cottage is on the national cycle route 5, running between Chester and Holyhead, making it a popular choice for cyclists and those in search of action.
Situated right on the doorstep of the Snowdonia National Park, you will find a plethora of activities including walking, fishing, water sports, horse riding and golf. Known as the adventure capital of Europe, North Wales has it all.
You will find the beach and seaside towns all within a 5-mile drive. Spend a day on the promenade at Rhos-on-Sea with an ice-cream, explore the impressive Conwy Castle followed by fish & chips at the quay, or enjoy the café culture of the Victorian town of Llandudno. Whatever you decide, your stay here provides the ideal base to explore the area.
