The space
This house is spread over two floors.
It is a light-filled space, with great design touches and artwork.
The large living area is bright and welcoming. It has a sofa bed.
The open plan kitchen/dining room is to the rear and is a great space to hang out. Dining is at the kitchen island, with room for 4/5.
This room has French doors to the garden, which makes it light and airy.
Upstairs you will find 2 double bedrooms. Both have wardrobes, so there is plenty of space to hang your clothes.
You will also find the office upstairs. It is a nice, quiet room, where you will be able to work in peace. You may use the monitor.
The family bathroom has a shower over bath and wc.
The garden to the rear has a couple of chairs for your use, should you wish to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire house and garden to themselves.

DURING YOUR STAY
Parking - There is space for 2 cars to park on the driveway but there is also free on street parking and usually plenty of spaces available.
Standard check in time is 3pm onwards, and check out time is before 11am.
If you wish to make use of the sofa bed, please let us know in advance so we can arrange an extra bed set. There is a cost of £20 for this and it will include sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, bath towel and hand towel. Officially a double sofa bed, we have said this sleeps one person as two may be a bit of a squeeze.
Quiet times are between 10pm and 7am so please try to keep noise to a minimum during that time.
Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a £50 call out fee if you are locked out because you have left the keys inside.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
