About the property

Owl Cottage is one of five completely renovated cottages that are set within the private grounds of a Grade II* early Georgian country house estate. Enjoying a rural setting within a quiet hamlet in Shropshire, this is an excellent place to get away from the pressures of everyday life. With beautiful views and 64 acres of country estate grounds, including a seven acre lake to explore, this is the perfect location to recharge your batteries. Back at the cottage, there's a delightful enclosed garden, complete with a BBQ where you can spend days, warm or cool, in the fresh air.

The space

There are three bedrooms at the cottage. The first features a king-size bed, while the other two bedrooms each have a single bed. There is one bathroom, which features a separate shower and a luxurious roll-top bath - perfect for an indulgent soak after a long day out walking in the countryside.

The living area is perfect for spending evenings in front of the Smart TV and if you want to turn the cosiness up a notch there's a log burner to get things toasty.

The kitchen has everything you could need to cook up everything from a light breakfast to a family dinner, including an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Meanwhile, the dining table has chairs and a bench to seat four.

Outdoors there is an enclosed garden where you can spend time relaxing or dining on grilled delights cooked up on your gas BBQ.
