Conveniently located on the east side of the lake, close to the Dockside and numerous marinas. This is the perfect up north getaway to chill out and relax or to use as your base while you explore the beautiful area. 128' of lake frontage to enjoy, including a small, sandy beach area. Great for kids to swim and play. Central air conditioning, WIFI and an attached garage. Within walking distance to marinas that rent boats. The bedrooms are upstairs, and the bathroom is on the main level. Being on the East side of Torch Lake, you get the lake breezes which make this spot nearly bug free. Owners do live on the property. Looking for respectful, peaceful renters to enjoy this beautiful place. With Traverse City, Leelanau Peninsula and the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes to the west, and Charlevoix and Petoskey to the north, this is a great location for all of Northern Michigan's activities.
