Please be informed that nuns cottage has a resident dog, and thus the property is not suitable for anyone with pet allergies, nuns cottage is a grade ii listed building therefore, due to its age, it has uneven floors and paving, and low ceilings, all guests must read nuns cottage accessibility statement as a condition of the booking, this will be emailed to you once your booking has been confirmed. please contact the property prior to booking if you have any questions regarding the suitability of the accommodations, please note that the wifi is only suitable for web browsing, social media and light streaming, kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary, please note that this property operates a no-shoe policy while inside. shoes are not permitted to be worn upstairs or in the bedrooms. guests will be provided slippers, or may bring their own if they wish, packed lunches must be prebooked with the property and it will cost an additional gbp 6.50 per person, nuns cottage will take card details on arrival for security against damages, non returned parking permits and incidentals (such as packed lunches), parking permits must be returned otherwise the guest has to pay for the replacement charge of gbp 150, the minimum age for guests to stay in a room by themselves is 18 years, children aged 12 years and above must be accommodated with a parent.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian, managed by a private host
