Positive: The house is lovely, well stocked with useful things and pleasantly decorated. I stayed with my family and we really enjoyed the space and location.

Negative: The Vacasa people were terrible. They sent so many emails with links that don't work and when I replied they just sent the same email over and over again while threatening to cancel my reservation if I didn't sign the rental agreement. I told them so many times that the links don't work. I tryed from several devices. Finally I called and waited on hold for more than 30mins to resolve the issue.

Summary: Amazing rental house! Terrible rental company to work with
