Positive: Clean and modern. Quiet but central location, with a view across Portsmouth Harbour to Portsdown Hill. Comfortable bedroom and quality bathroom.

Negative: The kitchen is very poorly-equipped in every way, and the lounge and bedroom are sparsely furnished, so there's a lack of practical functioning and home comfort. Weak soundproofing from the communal stairwell.
