Positive: A spacious room, two bedrooms separated by a bathroom – a very good solution. Daily housekeeping. Breakfast was the same every day, but the variety was so great that you could eat something different every day. The bus/tram stop is in front of the hotel, and the train station is a 15-minute walk away. The street near the hotel is very busy. This didn't disturb us, but others might find it problematic.

Negative: On my first day, I was served cold coffee in the hotel restaurant (what was very surprising considering how Italians love coffee). The railing on the balcony in my room (on the 5th floor!) was pretty loose.
