The Space:
Recently remodelled 2 story 4 bedroom and two bathroom home. 1 bedroom and bath downstairs, 3 bedrooms plus a loft and bath upstairs.
There is a king bed in the room downstairs. Upstairs there are two rooms with one king bed and one room with one queen bed. There is also a loft with one twin bed. There is also one trundle bed that can be used in the livingroom downstairs.
This home features a large kitchen with a large dining table and separate breakfast nook to seat the whole family. There is a large livingroom with plenty of seating. Off street parking for your guests. Access to an outdoor hot tub and a large covered outdoor BBQ area for use in the winter.
Walking distance to Kings Beach shops and restaurants! A short drive to Crystal Bay, Nevada, Host to four casinos. Nice corner lot. Located near skiing/summer recreation. Just minutes from shopping, swimming & skiing. The house is also 1/2 a block from a 250,000 acre forest.
We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Per Local ordinance, the county wants travelers to pick up keys and to check-in in the office, educate guests and do a property overview. For this reason we don't do self check-in. Thanks for understanding!
Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 dog. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 applies. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00
