- Beautiful 3 bedroom open-space apartment on 2 floors.
- Huge 1,500 sq. feet located on the 3rd floor.
- Beautiful view of downtown Montreal.
- Complete autonomous self-check-in with the building code and door code.
- 400 MBS WIFI (Highest & Strongest available).
- In-house washer & dryer.
- Wall mounted Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube.
- Queen size bed in master bedroom.
- 2 sets of twin beds in the other bedrooms that could be converted to King size beds
- Black-out blinds in the bedrooms.
- Top rated and very comfortable mattress and pillows.
- 2 folding mattresses for other sleeping arrangements
- Robust heating system (no need for extra blankets).

- Option to have an early check-in at 2PM for $60. Regular check-in time is 4PM.
3 reasons NOT to book:
1 - If your group might be LOUD - I am in a quiet building with nice neighbours
2 - If you plan on breaking the RULES - unauthorized pets/guests/noise/smoking etc - Manager’s apartment is next to you, he sees everything and we will take action. I also live 2 minutes away. Please respect the rules so we don't have to cancel the accommodation mid-stay
3 - If your group isn't able to be RESPECTFUL of the property - furniture, towels, bedding etc. I welcome everyone with common sense - I put a lot of love in my Airbnb and my guests, please love me back
Important Things to note:
- The entrance, stairs, and hallways will be undergoing renovations and be repainted soon. The unit itself is awesome! Please evaluate your stay based on the unit itself and not the entrance and hallways of the building :)
- The unit is located right in the heart of the action. Like any large city centre, you may encounter a couple of people that may otherwise seem unusual. They are completely harmless and it is one of the safest neighbourhoods in Montreal. If you're lucky enough, you will experience the authentic scene of downtown Montreal
