***We've had quite a bit of rain, and as a result, the water level of the lake has risen. This means that the sandy area is smaller than what you may have seen in the listing. Additionally, the lawn closest to the lake is wet and squishy when walking from the yard to the lakefront However, the yard is still large enough for you to enjoy outdoor activities as you wish.
The home is three levels with the main level being handicap accessible. The handicap-accessible features are wide doorways and hallways, ramps, and a roll-in shower.
The main level has a full kitchen, a dining room, a living room with two sleeper sofas, a laundry room, and a half bath. The upper level has two bedrooms, one full bathroom with a tub, and a sitting area between the two rooms. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second room has one full-sized bed and a full/twin bunk bed.
The lower level has two bedrooms, a full bathroom with a shower, a lounge area, a bar, and a walkout to the Lakefront. One bedroom has two twin beds and the second room has a queen bed.
There is a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 1 half bath, and sleeps 17 people. This home also has many outdoor features. There are 170 feet of private Lakefront. A handicap-accessible deck, and outdoor seating that overlooks the lakefront. More perks are central air and heat and a command generator. Smart TVs with Roku are throughout the home in the living room, lower level lounge area, and all bedrooms.
Pets and boats may be allowed. Host approval is required for both prior to booking. The pet fee is $30 per day per pet and rules need to be agreed to.
