This home has a living/ family room with a smart TV and plenty of seating including a day bed. There is a new, full kitchen with a separate dining area. It has one full bath. There is a private patio with seating and string lights and a grill. The garage allows for secure parking, and there is a washer/dryer on-site. All you need to feel at home while you're on the road.

We have a strict no smoking / vaping indoors policy. Smoking or vaping is permitted outside but you must throw away cigarette or cigar butts in a trash can. Evidence of smoking inside will incur a minimum of $500 smoke remediation fee.

NO PETS POLICY:
Our home does not allow pets. We’re dog lovers but not everyone likes or can be around pet dander. Evidence of pets will incur a minimum of $500 fee plus costs for cleaning or repair.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS:
No more than 7 guests are allowed in this house.
