Reserved parking, valuable in this popular area with parking restrictions on the street April-September inclusive.
Very short walks to beautiful sandy Avon Beach (4 minutes), Mudeford Quay with hire watersports and the foot ferry to Hengistbury Head (5 minutes), The Jetty fine restaurant (12 minutes). The New Forest, Christchurch, Bournemouth, Lymington (with ferry to the Isle of Wight), Dorset and Hampshire, all in easy driving distance. Local buses, and Beryl Bikes hire scheme.
The flat is at a high first floor level, accessed by external stairs, and there is a narrow open internal staircase to the mezzanine floor (see photo), so it will not suit those who have difficulty climbing stairs, or small children, apologies.
Supermarkets are a short trip by car, or distance is walkable.
