Summary: The staff were efficient,the room pleasant however, overlooking the railway line at the rear of the hotel meant that the trains and tube running all night were extremely noisy. Ear plugs were provided but made little difference. Breakfast was good but because of the modern, flashy, seating area, there are plenty of seats but not enough tables leading to numerous business types precariously balancing plates, bowls and cups of coffee on their knees while eating. The breakfast area looks lovely but in reality is ill thought out and impractical. I think perhaps this hotel is aimed at a younger more trendy clientele than I fit into.
