The nearby mountains and canyons in Coachella Valley are ideal for hiking and horseback riding. Plus there are over 200 golf courses in the area, making it one of the premier golf destinations in the world.
The Golf Club at Terra Lago has been a top amenity even before the community began constructing houses! It was established in 1998 and played host to the PGA Tour Skins game from 1999 to 2002. The club’s challenging 36-hole course gently snakes through the Chocolate Mountain foothills. The elevation changes, stunning views, and undulating greens make for quite a riveting round of golf. The golf club also features two putting greens, a driving range, and a practice hole.
Outside Accessibility:

BACKYARD STRING LIGHTS:
To operate the backyard string lights, there is a string light switch for the bbq area that is located in the living dining area next to outdoor slider. The island with tv string lights has an outlet under tv where the lights are plugged in. For that one, please make sure it is plugged in and will be ready for use.
BEDROOMS/BATHS:
The 4 bedrooms are ready with linens and plush bedding for a comfortable stay. Each of the 3 bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Check out the TVs located throughout house and in each bedrooms and living room, you know that you and your friends/ family will be able to relax and enjoy their time here. Complementary cable and Netflix is included. You’ll also stay connected with highest speed, unlimited Wi-Fi included.m
This home features comfortable bedrooms all with their own unique charms. Everyone will find a space they love without having to fight for rooms. The bedroom configurations are as follows:

We have queen blow up mattress, that can be available upon request, prior to check-in.
POOL/SPA:
There is a daily charge of $75/day for pool to heat to 83 degrees, and $100 to heat the pool to 86 degrees. For spa, it is only is $25/day. We encourage responsible use of this amenity of turning off the spa and jets after each use. Spa only takes 10 mins to heat up. If you need pool heated, especially upon your arrival, let me know in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival, payment can be via Airbnb or another form of payment. If you are interested in pool heat, please let us know and submit payment at least 24 hours in advance, as it takes time to heat.
GATE: Guests will need to kindly provide first and last names of adult guests in order to be able to go through the community gate. To kindly do so anytime up to 24 hours before.
PARKING:
We have 2 parking spots in the garage, 2 in the driveway. If you have additional car, you cannot park it anywhere on the street, please reach out to us in advance. HOA only issues extra 10 street permits a month/property and we have to order in advance to accommodate the extra vehicle. They are available only upon availability. HOA will fine all the vehicles parked on the street after 9.30pm. All parking fines will be billed to the guests, no exceptions. Please plan for 4 vehicles, larger vehicles parking in the driveway. We do not want any inconvenience to you and here to help you, please reach out if you have any questions.

CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out
