This gorgeous home is located in stunning Tahoma and only a half mile to Kailua Park and the shores of the McKInney Bay of Lake Tahoe. WIth four spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and over 2600 square feet, this house has all the space you need for our family and friends.

Quiet Hours are between 10pm and 8 am, occupancy is limited during quiet hours.
MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.
This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
Video Surveillance: – The Property has security cameras placed in the front deck/parking lot area, This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages.
Our home is stocked with a 2 day Home Supply Starter Kit including:
Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom
Two rolls of paper towels,
4 laundry pods,

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood with large lots filled with towering lodge pole pines. The area feels private and secluded as well as safe; it is perfect for evening strolls down to the lake and just steps away from the open forest and wilderness.

The main (upper) floor has front and rear decks for you to extend your gathering from the inside great room which features a dining area, living room, and large kitchen. The main floor features high ceilings creating an open and welcoming gathering space. Across from the large, center island, a breakfast nook overlooks the outdoors. The large dining table seats eight and is saturated next to a living area. There is a half bath off the great room. The floor also includes a gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing and drying your ski boots after a day at Homewood Mountain, which is only a three-minute drive from the home. The larger Squaw Valley Resort is a mere 15 miles away.
The spacious master bedroom is also on the main floor. It has a king bed and a small seating area. The en suite is a full bathroom boasting both a large shower and large jacuzzi bathtub with a view.
From the two-car garage you enter the ground level which includes three bedrooms, one full bathroom, and rec room. Bedroom 1 has a king bed; bedroom 2, a queen; and bedroom 3, a queen and bedroom 4,two twin beds. The rec room is perfect for game night playing pool and board games.
