Summary: We appreciated our stay. When we arrived, the place was not cleaned due to a misunderstanding. We contacted the host, we had and answer within minutes and it was fixed within hours while we were out exploring the city, which was great. The place is small (size of an hotel room) but very conviennent with the washer/dryer. The mattress was ok. The location is simply amazing! Near 2 underground stations and Hyde park. There are great restaurants right downstairs and in the area. The key was located close by and it was very simple to retrieve with the instructions. Would stay again, but I would suggest 3 minor improvements : a foam/padding on the mattress, extra pillows and more toilet paper (we had 2 rolls for 2 people for 8 days).
