This Town House is situated in the ever popular Minnis Bay area, close to the Beach, facilities and within walking distance of Birchington town centre.
The accommodation is over three levels with the kitchen and a cloakroom on the ground floor, with stairs up the middle floor where the two bedrooms are located (one with a double bed and the second bedroom with bunk beds), a family bathroom and then a staircase to the top floor to the lounge which is a perfect place to relax after a busy day on the beach or taking in one of the many walks along the seafront.
There is also parking for a small car on the driveway, but the property benefits from being in an area of 'free on road' parking.
This charming propertyoffers a perfect stay for those wanting to explore the wonders of the beautiful Kent Coastline of Thanet.
Birchington town centre is a short walk away and has plenty to offer including supermarkets, independent shops, greengrocer, bakery and lots of others shops too. Meaning you have access to everything you need to cook up a storm orplenty of options to dine out if you don't fancy doing the washing up.
Minnis Bay has a small row of shops, a cafe and the lovely Minns Bay Restaurant, not forgetting the large stretch of beach. You can also get to Reculver towers along the sea wallwhich makes a great afternoon walk.

What the owner says:"We bought this house as we love the beach at Minnis bay, it's the first sandy beach you reach in Kent from London. We've had memorable family holidays here for generations, my Dad came as a child, I came as a child and now we come with our children. The house was perfect for us - fab location near the crabbing pool and beach and you can park the car on the front driveway. I don't know why but the sunsets here are fabulous almost every day. The upstairs sitting room has french windows and is lovely and bright and relaxing. We are now delighted to be looked after by My Seaside Luxury."
