Private home surrounded by forested lots on a dead end minutes from historic Calumet. Great central location in the Keweenaw! Located in Centennial Heights historic mining village. Approximately 40 minutes to Copper Harbor and 20 minutes to Houghton. Close to trails, hiking, biking, skiing, atv trails, mines, snowmobiling, restaurants, waterfalls, berry picking, shopping and beaches.
We provide a full kitchen with stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Fire pit and gas grill on the property. Picnic table and another outdoor table to enjoy coffee in the morning. Hair dryer and linens provided. Two bedrooms- one with a queen bed and bathroom with shower. Upper bedroom with 2 full beds and full bath upstairs. Third bathroom in main area of house. Dining area, table in kitchen as well, recliner, reclining love seat and barrel chair looking out to the peaceful forest. Many games provided for rainy days and quiet evenings with your loved ones.
Campfire wood is available at many stands around the area for approximately $5.00 per bundle. Land around the house is private woodland and should not be harvested for fire wood.
Fire pit must be covered before going to bed or leaving the premises.
Metal Detector is available for use, please bring extra 9 volt batteries.
2 mountain bikes available for use, one adult and one youth, please bring your own helmets. By using the bikes you agree that there are inherent dangers by riding a bike and hold Miners Cove and any and all persons/businesses associated with the property harmless in the event of injury.
