Summary: Upon arrival we could not get into the room. The elevators were not working. It was over an hour before we got into the room. There was gum on the main bedroom floor. Shower curtain in main bath was dirty. The outside of the refrigerator was dirty. We never got Wi-Fi hooked up until after midnight. Overall it was not a pleasant experience.
