Positive: Friendly receptionist. nice grounds.

Negative: Constant problems with the room keys for 235. Coffee, tea, kettle hidden behind mirror in closet. No iron in the room. Not a fan of dogs and they did seem to be in all areas. Thankfully not the dinning room. The tofu was not available and there were no other vegan options, other that the soup. The veggie burger was not great and overpriced, as was most of the food. Service charge was automatically added to the bill. Breakfast is not included in the price of the room. As a business traveller this is very unusual.

Summary: I would recommend for a special events but not really a business stay hotel.
