Positive: I loved the grounds, the location and how pretty it was

Negative: The cleanliness of the room was poor. There was black mould (a lot) on the bath mat and bathroom. Not wiping marks off walls and clumps of dusty hair behind the bed/bedside tables.

Summary: Lovely on the surface, but needs a good scrub
