Summary: Carpets seem to be dirty. We kept shoes on when in the room. Bathroom sink has a very slow drain problem. Drains about a quart in 15 minutes(maybe longer). Can't talk directly to the person at the counter. The speaker was very garbled and I had to have her repeat herself until I figured out what she was saying. Sign on the window says it's that way because of Covid. ??? Towels and sheets are long due for replacement.
