A few steps lead from the lounge/dining area to the fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, washer drier and coffee maker. Upstairs is the double bedroom with king size bed, ample storage, 40" TV and furnished balcony overlooking the East Looe river and fields beyond. The spacious en suite bathroom has a wonderful roll top bath and separate shower cubicle. The property has parking and wifi and Looe town centre with its bustling harbour, numerous shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants is a 5 - 10 minute walk (please see accessibility statement or contact us for full details.
