Your own warm fresh water lake to paddleboard, swim, and play on. Interior brings new meaning to the term "open-concept" with soaring vaulted barn-style ceilings.
Separate 2,000 sqft guest house, separate building with a gym (Peloton Tread and large selection of weights and dumbbell), and Peloton cycling literally on-the-water (in the summer). Outside dramatic views of the countryside and mountains.
Pool can be heated to 85deg (for an added fee) and hot tub easily heats up to 104deg on demand (no added fee).

And paddleboards and lake activities are abundant on this luxurious property.
