The home is directly across a small road from the dunes and beaches of Lake Michigan and has full access to a spacious stech of sandy shoreline. The views from this home will take your breath away with miles of sweeping blue waters and the Chicago skyline visible on clear days.
La Spiaggia's spacious, 1200 square foot teakwood deck overlooks stunning views of Lake Michigan. This large, beautifully furnished outdoor space is the ideal spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while you watch the waves or, in the evenings, relax with a cocktail or glass of wine.
The lower level of the home features 1 queen bedroom, a well furnished, cozy rec room, and a full bathroom complete with custom built sauna. The lower level is also home to full size laundry accommodations.
Heading up to the second floor, the stairs open to a light and airy living space that flows into the large front deck which wraps around the home connecting the home’s front and back outdoor spaces. As you walk through to the kitchen and dining space you'll pass a half bath and a huge wine fridge.
The kitchen itself is beautiful and well-appointed with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal for yourself and your group. The dining space is home to a custom dining table with seating for 12.
Off the dining space is a beautiful all seasons room furnished with cozy pieces and full of natural light. The backyard feels like a completely different landscape from the front of the home with lush green grass and a large private deck.
Upstairs on the top floor is a spacious office library with lake Michigan views, a beautiful space to get some work done on your getaway, if you absolutely have to. Next door to the office is the spacious master suite with a private, enclosed porch overlooking stunning Lake Michigan. The spacious and recently remodeled master bathroom has a huge walk in shower and a luxurious soaker tub.
Down the hall is a full bathroom with double sinks, and two additional bedrooms each featuring a Queen bed. There is also a cozy and inviting bunk bed room perfect for kids and adults alike.
