Located just 12 miles south of Traverse City on beautiful Arbutus Lake. Rustic cedar log cabin. Family and pet friendly environment. The cabin is unique with two sleeping rooms upstairs (stairs are steep) and one bedroom off the main room. The newly remodeled kitchen has a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes and utensils. Living/dining area combo with screened in porch over looking the lake. There are two bedrooms upstairs with a queen bed in one, and a queen and two twins in the other. Bedroom on lower level is off dining area. Blankets, comforters and pillows are provided. You must bring your own bed linens and bath towels. Small on-site playground. Shared deck overlooks the lake and beach area. There is a 12' rowboat, 2 kayaks and a canoe available for use. These items are shared with another cottage rental on the property. There are also other cottages on the property. A pontoon boat is available to rent, please give 24 hours notice. (Please note: this unit is not handicap accessible).
