This beautiful piece of history features a spacious open-concept layout, high ceilings, hardwood floors, and modern finishes. There is a grocery store within walking distance for much added convenience. Michigan Tech/Finlandia University are both an easy five minute commute. Please note that this is a second floor apartment. Stairs are necessary to access the unit. If you need assistance with this, please let us know.
