Fire extinguisher and first aid kit. Vacuum. AC in all bed rooms. Ceiling fans in common areas. Whole house radiant heating. Culligan purified reverse osmosis water for kitchen fridge and sink. Culligan treated water system through out whole house. 6 Parking spots on site. Inquire about additional offsite parking. Check in 4 PM check out 10 AM. Outdoor security cameras are in place for safety and security purposes. They cover the perimeter of the property outside only.
