THE HOUSE IS LOCATED ACROSS THE STREET FROM LAKE MICHIGAN,AND BETWEEN TWO PUBLIC BEACH ACCESS THAT ARE APPROXIMATELY A HALF A BLOCK AWAY.
IT WAS RECENTLY REMODELED FOR SUMMER OR WINTER WITH A WELL STOCKED KITCHEN, A GAS FIREPLACE IN THE LIVING ROOM, AS WELL AS TWO LARGE BEDROOMS AND ONE SMALLER ONE. THE BASEMENT ALSO HAS A QUEEN SIZE BED.THERE IS A VERY SPACIOUS FINISHED BASEMENT TO PLAY GAMES OR JUST SIT BACK AND WATCH T.V. OR A MOVIE.

OUTSIDE, YOU HAVE YOUR OWN BARBECUE AS WELL AS A DECK THAT IS ATTACHED TO THE GARAGE. THERE IS A BACKYARD WITH A FIRE PIT AND PLENTY OF FIREWOOD, WHICH IS SHARED WITH TWO SMALLER COTTAGES LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY.
WITH VARIOUS ACTIVITIES IN THE AREA, THERE IS PLENTY TO DO. FROM BOATING, BIKING, GOLFING, WINE TASTING, ART FAIRS, AND PLENTY OF ANTIQUING THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER, PLUS OTHER ACTIVITIES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. WE ARE JUST A SHORT WALK TO THE SHOPPING DOWNTOWN OR GOING OUT TO DINNER.
