Plenty of space for your family in this 5 bedroom 4 bath home that offers vaulted ceilings and an open living area concept. Main floor has a large master bedroom with laundry. All bedrooms offer bath access, house has charming features like tongue and groove ceilings, updated fixtures, and radiant in-floor heat on the main floor. New second floor ensuite has lake views. Recently finished, spacious basement for extra hangout area. Large composite deck with jacuzzi tub that overlooks the lake with great sunsets. This lot offers wooded privacy, with a fenced yard, playground area for young children, and fire pit for hanging out. Located approximately two miles from beautiful Mears public beach and downtown Pentwater, boat launch, fishing charters.
