Convenient location! Our 3-bedroom ground-floor villa is located at the front of the Legacy Villas at La Quinta community, across from the main pool and clubhouse area. It's ideal for families and friends who want to be close to the fun!

This villa is named "Les Beaux-Arts" because the homeowners are artisans and supporters of the arts, as seen in the many original works of local artists hanging throughout the villa.

Living area boasts extra comfy sleeper sofa, loveseat, and the perfect fireside armchair.

Dining-area includes fine-dining chairs for six, plus two extra seats at the breakfast bar.

Southeast-facing Main Patio receives morning sun and afternoon shade. Includes an Outdoor Living-Area with two love-seats, a corner chair, side-chair, and coffee table. Or guests can enjoy their morning coffee at the side table with two chairs. Outdoor grill (electric) for BBQ-ing your favorites, along with a console table to set out snacks and drinks.

Well-behaved children and furry pets are welcome. A Graco travel crib, and child-safety gates are available for guest use. Doggie ramp stairs are available for smaller or older dogs so they can safely climb up onto the big bed in the Gold Suite bedroom.

Les Beaux-Arts is also just a few steps away from "The Quiet Pool", a lap pool more suited for adults, ideal for those who like to read and relax by the pool without distractions.

The "Gold Suite" features a pillow-top King Bed with crisp sheets, with a Shaded Patio that fills with the early morning sun, and faces a bubbling Fountain Courtyard. Two outdoor loveseat benches with side-tables provide a relaxing space to catch up with old friends, or to escape into your favorite podcast/audiobook. Keep cool drinks close by in the mini-fridge. The "Flower Suite" also features a pillow-top King Bed with crisp sheets, but with a fully-enclosed walled patio. Woof! This unit welcomes up to two (2) dogs per booking. There is an easy walking trail next to the Santa Rosa foothills, which goes around the perimeter of the community (but keep an eye out for rattlesnakes). Downtown La Quinta boasts pet-friendly coffee shops and cafes. There is also doggie daycare and doggie wash services in town. Please note, however, that the HOA does not allow pets inside the gates of the pool areas. Max weight of 30 pounds per pet.
