This lakefront home is a great place to get away and enjoy a relaxed, slow pace. It features plenty of room for everyone (over 2000 square feet) with three queen beds, one double bed, and two twin beds. Lower bathroom is small but has a great tile shower. Upstairs bathroom is much larger and has a bath/shower combination. Each bedroom has an air conditioner.
This has been our family cottage for 7+ years and we LOVE it and are excited for your family to enjoy it too. This is not a home that was purchased as a rental. We have loved this home for years, done countless upgrades, and still intend to use it as a family throughout the year as time permits.
Fully stocked kitchen and laundry room.
Indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. Plenty of outdoor seating.
Use of our watercraft is not allowed but we do have a swim dock for your use. We also have bumpers and cleats on the end of our dock and you can secure your boat there.
We do have two premium paddleboards you can use along with 3 children's (up to 120 pounds) kayaks. You can also use our life jackets. We also have a large lawn area and provide cornhole, Spike Ball, Kan Jam, and Kuub.
Use our floating dock for amazing fishing! It's unbelievably easy to catch all kinds of fish right off the dock.
We have a heated outdoor shower that can be used during the summer.
Lower level has two bedrooms. Each one has a queen bed.
Upper level has two bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other has a double bed and bunk beds.
Parking for four vehicles in the driveway. Garage is reserved for owner during the winter (boat storage).
In the winter the lake has amazing ice fishing (you will see a lot of ice shantys) and snowmobiling.
We are not interested in renting to work crews as that has backfired on us multiple times.
Three different thermostats. One controls the entire upstairs. One controls the lower bedrooms and bathroom. The other controls main floor common space.
Please open the fireplace flue before having a fire. Firewood is behind the shed near the garage.
Reach out if you need help figuring out the air conditioners for the lower level. If you use them for heat or air conditioning they need to be vented through the window.
Firepit is on the lower cement pad near the water.
Outdoor shower only functions from about Memorial Day to Labor Day.
We love this house and have amazing neighbors. Sound travels very well over water and we do not want our neighbors to be disturbed by loud music or excessive noise from our guests.
We do not allow any parties at the house without prior permission. To help avoid parties we ask that no more than two households stay in the home and that you bring no more than four vehicles so that all vehicles can fit in the driveway.
