Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Property is located very well for visiting the university. The property owner is very responsive via text message and clearly puts a lot of work into the property. The room was lovely. Beds were comfy, tea and coffee facilities available, spare blanket and pillows available. There is a TV in the living room area and a kitchen stocked with cooking tins, plates, utensils. The whole property is very clean and tidy.

Negative: Sound was a bit of an issue. You can hear people downstairs or in nearby rooms. Additionally the shower temperature was a little temperamental. None of these are to fault the property owner and we still had a lovely stay.

Summary: Clean and comfortable stay, responsive and caring owner.
