The spacious kitchen has everything you’ll need for your stay, including a fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. Complete with a large dining table seating six, this a great place to entertain and spend an evening. A lovely feature of the dining room is the free-standing log burner, a great addition for making those winter evenings extra cosy.
Onto the lounge area, this stylish space is decorated with well-picked furniture pieces, including two velvet sofas and a striking stone fireplace containing another log burner fire for you to cosy up by and enjoy.
Moving on to the bedrooms, the two comfortable rooms each have a double bed. The windows allow plenty of natural light in, making both bedrooms a great place to unwind.
The bathroom has a shower and bathtub for you to sit back and relax in after a busy day of exploring the Welsh countryside.
There’s even a separate utility room with a washer/dryer and another sink for your use, handy extras for your stay.
Outside, as well as the rest of the grounds, you have your own private patio area with an outdoor table and seating for eight, along with recliner loungers for soaking up the sun in the warmer months.

When exiting the A48 in Carmarthen take the third exit at the roundabout onto the A40, at the next roundabout take the third exit continuing along the A40, at the roundabout take the first exit onto the A485, after 0.3 miles take the first exit at the roundabout onto Dolgwili Road, after 0.4 miles take the second exit at the roundabout onto Bronwydd Road, after 6.3 miles continue onto Surgeon Street, after 9.7 miles turn left onto High Street, after 3.1 miles turn left onto the B4332, after 1.8 miles turn left, with The Nags Head Inn on your right and the river on your left continue along this road for 1.3 miles and you will find the entrance too Lancych Mansion on your left, head down the drive and take the turning on the right where you will find Lancych Cottage.
