Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby that are undergoing construction in various phases. Bookings for this property are made on the understanding that you will be able to see and hear construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300 on Saturdays. On the ground floor sits a stunning open-plan kitchen and living room, with a large island unit and a beautifully crafted dining table, perfect for entertaining. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer a striking view, while a private balcony provides an ideal spot for enjoying a morning coffee. There is a further king bedroom with ensuite. The third bedroom has two custom fitted bunk-beds, ideal for either children or adults and a family bathroom. A further bathroom and fourth bedroom/TV room is located on the ground floor, with a made-to-measure king-size sofa bed. Please request the linen for this sofa bed prior to your holiday to ensure you will have everything set up for your stay at Baxter's Rise 9.
The property further benefits from a large utility/boot room on the ground floor, log burner, SONOS speaker system, wine fridge, outdoor hot water tap and EV charging point.

3. Please utilise the parking spaces provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
