You can also play Putt Putt Golf, Shuffleboard, swing at the playground or swim in the magnificent waters of Lake Michigan 🌊 and relax in the warm white sand. Enjoy an ice cream cone from our local ice cream factory, House of Flavors 🍧 or a nice cold beer 🍺 from one of our local breweries.>Watch the SS Badger Carferry depart and return from it’s 2 daily cruises across Lake Michigan to Manitowac WI. Quite a site to see!
Ludington also has a great Lighthouse and pier by the beach. You can walk downtown from the cottage to Ludington shops/ restaurants and local gift shops! Check out Waterfront Childrens Park and local marinas too. So much to explore! Drive out to Ludington State Park to enjoy the dunes, nature trails, river tubing, or rent a kayak. There are two beaches at the state park. Hamlin Lake a large boating lake with beautiful dunes or miles of Lake Michigan white sandy beaches. Ludington State Park, offers many different activities for everyone.<>Concerts at Waterfront Park, Friday Night Live, Charter Fishing, Sailing, boating, bikes for rent or bring your own, volleyball, or relax at the beach with the sand in your toes… Want more excitement, go to Silver Lake Dunes for rides in dune buggies, rent your own Jeep, Lewis Farms petting zoo and activities, Amber Elk Ranch, Sandcastles Childrens Museum or scheduled daily activities at Ludington State Park.
