This home is a great family and multi-couples retreat with plenty of room for activities. There is 120 ft of private lakefront with soft sandy beach within feet of the back door. No need to hike down a cliff to reach the beautiful lake. We have ample outdoor seating for dining and lounging while enjoying the great view of the lake. Feel free to bring your own boat, and enjoy the convenience of a dock in your backyard (The dock is removed October-April each year). The lake has wonderful fishing, even just from the dock, we have caught bass, northern pike, crappie, bluegill and more. A lot of neighbors even go ice fishing! We have a manual auger available for use 😁
We have a fully stocked kitchen, no need to buy new spices for the trip. The large dining table that seats 10, so you can enjoy a meal with the whole family. Relax with incredible views from the living room, which features a comfy Lay-Z Boy sectional and recliner. The two smart TVs come with complementary Netflix access and ability to login to other TV subscriptions you may have access to. There are two fireplaces in the home to enjoy a romantic evening, or to roast marshmallows if it's too cold outside. Firewood included!
All of the bedrooms are stocked with a variety of new mattresses with high-end linens. Make sure to be the first on-site so you can pick the mattress that fits you best ;) We have fans in every bedroom, for maximum comfort.
Available for use (April-October) - 3 complimentary kayaks, 4 adult bikes, a paddle boat, and an assortment of life jackets. Indemnification Agreement required before use.
Parking Notes: Parking for 6 cars in the driveway - no street parking - one garage is available for guest use, and ping pong!
Water Access: Private beach right outside your back door.
Security: The home is equipped with a security system which includes two outdoor cameras (with audio and video recording) and an alarm system. One camera is located over the garage and the other is facing the lake from the deck. Tampering with the cameras or any components of the security system will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with outdoor cameras before you book. We use these tools for safety and an occasional head count. Something to note, when you open doors and windows you might hear a beep. It could be helpful if you are concerned about kids walking outside without you noticing. This beep can be turned on or off depending on your preference, but the system should never be unplugged or removed.
