With approximately 220 steps in the back yard that lead down to the lake, the house is located in the middle of a 6+ miles long stretch of privately owned properties, only a few of which have staircases. The property is large, with mature trees providing a blissful location to lounge in a hammock, a huge side yard with plenty of room for outdoor games, and a campfire ring located at the bluff's edge for roasting marshmellows and enjoying the breathtaking nightly sunsets.
Interior finishes, colors, and lighting combine elegance and comfort. Serene lakefront sunroom, gourmet kitchen, cozy and elegant den with fieldstone accents - the list goes on and on! 3 living areas provide plenty of room to enjoy time together along with plenty of space for privacy.
