Guests will enjoy exclusive access to all rooms at South Arm Retreats. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with exterior Ring video cameras.

Kayaks can be used between hours of 12pm-7pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day for an additional $30 per day per kayak. We require ALL renters to sign a Kayak Rental Waiver that can be found in your online boarding pass after booking.
The property allows dogs with some breed restrictions, and guests must receive authorization prior to booking. There is a per pet fee of $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. The breed restrictions include Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chows, German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, and Akitas (mix or purebred). Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets throughout their stay. Additionally, dogs must be on a leash when taken outside, and guests must pick up after them throughout their stay.
Pack n play and iron are available upon request. Rollaway bed/cot provided if extra person fee is paid ($20 per guest).
For the safety and security of our owners and guests, we require all guests to sign a rental agreement and complete the Enso Connect verification process, which includes uploading a government-issued ID and a selfie.
