High water levels so there isn't a beach - but an excellent location to swim, kayak, boat, etc.! Fireplace for colder nights. Just down from the Ironton Ferry making Boyne City, Charlevoix and East Jordan easily accessible. Secluded and private — this is a great place to get away and enjoy Northern Michigan.

Summary: The outside of the house deck area was not clean. My girlfriend spent 20-30 minutes when we got there cleaning the deck area. There were left over cigarette butts and beer cans out. Plus the table and furniture was very dirty as well. The hot tub did not work and was kind of an eye sore. Inside was very clean and no other real issues, great views. Also wish the description told us there were no fire pits allowed in the island.
