Guests will enjoy exclusive access to both townhomes. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities are balconies, patios with small electric grill, kayak rentals (subject to availability), shared fire pit, and East Jordan Tourist Park. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with exterior Ring video cameras and Noise Aware decibel measuring devices inside the house (Please note: Noise Aware devices do not have recording features).

**Non-Airbnb Guests:

Additionally, we hold a security deposit for incidentals and damages, which will be released up to 7 days after checkout only if the property is left undamaged. This helps us maintain the high quality of our property and ensures that any unexpected expenses are covered.
Kayaks can be used between hours of 12pm-7pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day for an additional $30 per day per kayak. We require ALL renters to sign a Kayak Rental Waiver that can be found in your online boarding pass after booking.
**Miscellaneous:
We provide a Pack n' Play/Travel crib upon request. Firewood is not included but can be purchased at a nearby store. Please note our strict policies: no pets, no parties, and no smoking allowed.
