Positive: Looked and smelled clean on arrival. Lovely big caravan, nice big living area with clean and comfy seating and large TV. Dining area adequate, and a well prepared kitchen with large fridge freezer. Nice location, friendly site and close to the beach. Bedrooms were clean, beds comfy for most of us. Bathrooms were clean, shower was good.

Negative: These are not big issues for us, just giving honest feedback. We would definitely come back to the caravan, we really enjoyed our stay. On closer inspection, a few minor cleaning issues. Kitchen cupboards had food splashes on doors from cooking. Some of the shelves were not clean. Crockery was not clean, especially the glasses. One of the pillows was covered in small black hairs. Toilet window didn't open. There was a very small, very worn out dustpan and brush, and a tiny vacuum. If these were better quality, and there was a sweeping brush and mop to hand that would be appreciated. To keep on top of cleaning, and help leave the caravan in a clean state. Carpet to main bedroom was frayed, and a mat had been layed over to hide this, except it did cause a bit of a trip hazard.

Summary: Great 4 bedroom caravan on friendly site, only 5 minutes from the beach
