Main living space has a playful color decor and open design with modern kitchen (stone-top island) and stylish dining and entertainment areas. All the bedrooms-incl. 1 with custom bunk bed plus Qn. bed-are super-comfy. The sleek Master BR has a walk-in shower and balcony. Amazing outdoor spaces include access to firepit, patio fireplace, gas grill, plus a ping-pong room, garage space and it’s a 2 min. walk to the beach!
THE SPACE
The main living area of Wade’s Lookout is way inviting and truly a Relaxation Station, with plenty of plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and great natural lighting, perfect for chilling out with a glass of wine, enjoying a movie or socializing with your guests. You also have access to a great balcony (shared with the Master BR).
The kitchen is a popular gathering spot with a stone-top island and nice chairs for sitting with a snack or beverage and spending some quality chat-time together. And with stainless-steel appliances and all the kitchen essentials provided, you can whip up superb meals, no problem! Downstairs, there’s a game area with an indoor Ping Pong table, as well as a bunch of yard games for you to use. We’d also like to mention Wade’s Lookout has a whole-house air purification system, and you’ll have access to board games, a Giant Scrabble game, corn hole, beach toys and a beach wagon, small beach chairs and a basketball hoop.
When you enter through the lower level of Wade’s Lookout, you’ll see a super-cozy bedroom with a queen bed. If you head upstairs, off of the main living area there’s a custom bunk bedroom that sleeps 3. The Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, plenty of storage, and a fabulous balcony (which is also accessible from the living room).

Wade’s Lookout has 2 modern and stylish full bathrooms, both outfitted with stone-top vanities and high-end fixtures. The upstairs bathroom also features a walk-in shower. For your laundry needs, the downstairs bathroom has a stackable, top-quality washer and dryer.
Once outside, you’ll have a wide variety of options for relaxing and spending time with your guests. Whether you fancy sitting in front of the outdoor stone fireplace, barbecuing outside (with a natural gas grill) or gathering around the large fire pit area in Adirondack chairs with a drink or marshmallows to roast, there’s plenty of outdoor lounge furniture and seating, perfect for a sunny day or starry evening. Also, alongside the fire pit is a box with a Giant Jenga game and various other entertainment items. Please note: You may be sharing outdoor space and some of these amenities with another family, if there are guests booked at the adjacent property, Wade’s Cabin.
Besides being just a stone’s throw from a superb Lake Michigan beach, you can also enjoy the many activities afforded by the region’s largest recreational harbor, all sorts of woodland, lake and riverside parks with hiking and biking trails galore, nearby New Buffalo’s Oselka Park, which has baseball fields, playground equipment and tennis courts, or the many popular restaurants, galleries and boutique shops of downtown New Buffalo (just a hop, skip and a jump from Michiana). Wade’s Cabin is a stunning vacation spot, providing endless opportunities to create lasting vacation memories with family and friends.
